HI

Today on my 15 minute break from work I drove to McDonalds with my best friend. My manager and co-worker asked for food/drinks. Instead of writing anything down we decided just do use memory. We are at the drive thru placing the order; McDouble, McChicken, Small Strawberry Banana Smoothie, Sweet Tea, 2 Apple Pies for $1, Small Vanilla Milkshake. As it comes time to pay I realize the only thing in my wallet is a $100 bill. I ask the guy if it was okay, he said okay but asked if I had any other means of paying such as a credit card. Unfortunately I did not. I thought all of that food would cost more than $8.75. The man seemed a little tiffed about having to make change and it did take awhile. We now caused a backup. As we pull up to the second window, the guy hands me 3 drinks but no carrier for it. He makes a joke about having my friend carry one of them. He hands me a bag I assume all the food is in there and start to drive off while my friend checks to see if we have everything. Next thing you know I thought my car got hit because of a loud sound. We began to drive off without all the food and the worker leaned out the window to knock on my window. I couldn’t reverse because the guy behind me already moved forward. I got out of my car to retrieve the one McChicken left behind. Needless to say, I was late getting back from my break.
